Jacob has been a successful entrepreneur for more than a decade. He has built and managed four companies to profitable exits, raising over $150 million from leading venture capital funds, institutional investors, and strategic industry players. He has created over a billion dollars of shareholder value for his investors. Two of these companies are considered market leaders in the TES sector.

In 1996, Jacob co-founded Delta Three (NASDAQ: DDDC), one of the first commercial Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service providers. He served as the Executive Chairman from its inceptions until after its IPO, leading the company to the market capitalization of over $1.8 billion. In 1999, Jacob founded and served as Chairman & CEO of NomadIQ, a provider of wireless application services, until its acquisition by Omnisky (NASDAQ: OMNY). In addition, in 1995, Jacob co-founded and served as initial CEO of Ambient (OTCBB: ABTG), a developer in field of data communications, and in 1994-5, served on the senior management team of TTR Technologies (acquired by Macrovision: NASDAQ), developing software security technology.

In 2004 Jacob co-founded Double Fusion, today a dominant provider of in-game advertising services, backed by Accel Partners, JVP, and Jerusalem Capital. Jacob served as Executive Chairman of Double Fusion from its inception in June 2004 until October 2005, when Accel led a $10 million round.

Jacob has strong investment experience, and served as an advisor to JVP Studio, a seed-stage investor and technology incubator. Jacob is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute. Jacob serves on the boards of the Jerusalem Foundation, New Israel Fund, Rikma, and the Jerusalem Circus. Jacob lectures (on a volunteer basis) at the Hebrew University and is a frequent speaker on the Israeli High-Tech sector. He received a B.A. from City College of New York, studied English literature at Mansfield College, Oxford, and received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Lior Lifshitz, Managing Partner:

In 1999, Lior was founder and CEO of ProSeed Venture Capital Fund, a $14 million fund for investments in seed-stage communication, IT and medical device companies. Lior is a Portfolio and Asset Manager with the RDT Group, a diversified Israeli operating and holding company. Lior also serves as an advisor for seed-stage investments with RDT. Before joining RDT, Lior spent 10 years in Ilanot Batucha, an asset management company within Clal Ltd., one of Israel's largest investment groups. On the corporate side, in 2002-3, Lior was Co-CEO of Optid Ltd., a seed-stage company in the Electro-Optics sector.

Lior is currently a Director of Etgar, an asset management company held by Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank and the Chairman of the audit committee, Director of Lapidot oil search LTD (a public company listed on the TASE), Director of mPortico, a content delivery company, director of INC2, a local search company, Chairman of the Board of Directors at KETAKETA, a viral video company, an advisor for Vyond, a 3D virtual world for mobile and was the Chairman of Secured Dimensions Inc., a TES software company which was acquired by Microsoft (MSFT) on January 2007. He received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Tel-Aviv.

Brent James, Venture Partner:

Brent served as President and CEO of Abebooks.com, the world's largest internet sources for used, rare and out-of-print books. He is currently Vice-Chairman of the Board of Abebooks.com. Previously, Brent was the Co-founder of MDSI Mobile Data Solutions Inc., the leading provider of wireless workforce management solutions in the utilities, telecommunications, and cable industries worldwide (NASDAQ: MDSI). Brent holds a M.S. in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and a B.S. form the University of British Columbia.

Hanan Yonah, CFO

Hanan, CPA (Isr.), is the founder and managing partner of Effective, Ltd., a consulting and accounting firm based in Jerusalem. Among his clientele are NGOs, funds, public institutions, corporations and individuals from Israel, Europe and the United States. He was appointed on multiple occasions by the Israeli State Comptroller and the Ministry of Interior to serve as an auditor for local authorities in Israel. Hanan is a co-founder of Bimkom, an NGO which focuses on strengthening the connection between human rights and spatial planning in Israel, and Digital Jerusalem, an NGO created to establish a free wireless network in downtown Jerusalem. He also serves on the boards of various public and cultural institutions. In addition to his activity with Jerusalem Capital, Hanan is presently the CFO of StartUp Jerusalem, Inc., an NGO working to stimulate economic growth in Jerusalem. Hanan holds a BA in Business and Accounting, and a Masters in Public Policy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Hanan is a member of the Center for the Study of Philanthropy in Israel at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and has been a guest lecturer on Financial Reports Analysis.
